Malmoe Library has just implemented a "Borrow an Actual Person" feature as an additional service. As of this week, a prostitute, a lesbian, and some other heavily discriminated individuals can be borrowed for about 45 minutes from this library. Well, they can't be taken home, you know, but people can talk to them in the confines of the library's cafe. This is an experimental way in which to prevent unfounded discriminatory ideas that some people have on certain individuals, the library officials have stated. It might just work, and I think this is just another step the government of Sweden has planned to take so as to promote solidarity amongst its people.
