Traveling by plane could be exciting, yet very expensive and dangerous. It is common knowledge that in order to travel from one Scandinavian country to another it is wiser to take the plane. But the question is, which airline? Here is a trusted airline that can surely meet passengers' expectations as well as delightful traveling experience.
Norway is proud of its Air Shuttle. Its first flights between Newcastle, Britain and Stavanger, Noreg started in 2002. It began with only few Fokker50 planes and fifty employees then flourished as a huge successful airline offering international flights. In 2001 alone, the number of travelers reached up to half a million while the flights were approximately 16,500.
Gradually, the airlines expanded and added Boeing aircrafts for domestic flights. Daily, it serves forty-one flights. Apparently, it competed with other airlines in Scandinavia. The airlines proved to be one of the best and it performed excellently in issuing tickets and reservations that provide passengers with safe local flights and hassle-free European trips. Currently, its international destinations include Berlin, Budapest, Burgas; Dubrovnik, Dusseldorf, Faro; Gdansk, Geneva, Hamburg; Heraklion, Ibiza, Kos; Krakow, London, Madrid; Manchester, Munich, Murcia; Paris, Pisa, Prague; Rhodos, Riga, Rijeka; Salzburg, Split, St. Petersburg; Tallinn, Turin, Varna; and Venice, Vilnius, Warsaw.

Icelandair is one of the airlines that caters to travelers to Scandinavian capitals such as Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Reykjavik, and Stockolm. Except in Chicago, individuals from Boston, New York, Baltimore, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Orlando, and Philadelphia can travel to these cities without any hassle.
The airline is known for its service with discounted travel packages. One of their programs is the Customer Club, the airline's frequent flyer program for their loyal customers. Basically, this reward system uses two separate point system; the Card Points and the Award Points. With Icelandair's frequent flyer program, customers will have special discounts and treatments that will make their vacation light in the pocket.

Since 1947, the Scandinavian Airlines have been catering to the Scandinavians, and the Europeans, with their fast, efficient, and warm service. Until today, the Scandinavian Airlines flies to many destinations, both domestic and international flights. The Scandinavian Airlines has three major airports in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. I recommend Scandinavian Airlines for those who seek comfort and reliability all in one package. I cannot recount lousy services that I have encountered in this airline, plus, they book you in the nicest first-class hotels.
